With over Forty years of experience, as a In-House General Counsel , Contract Counsel, & Retained Counselor he has represented Start-up to Fortune 100-500 Companies, Mid-Market & Pre-IPO Domestic and International Clients. Steve has assisted in the development and launch of virtually hundreds of new products into the multiple food/dietary supplements/pharmaceutical industries and others, and negotiated Mergers/Acquisitions and all forms of Business Contracts.

Steve graduated from Loyola University in Los Angeles with a major in Economics and a minor in Business Administration, and obtained his Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School. He has also specialty experience in Human Resources, Intellectual Property, Marketing/Sales, Trade Secrets, Workers' Compensation, Antitrust, Food/Supplements/Dietary, Clean Water, Hazmat Remediation & Control. He has combined his many years of experience in the business sector with the knowledge of law to better assist his Clients.
